ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition of report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter on every first and third Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders as condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.26427 of 2024, vide order dated 09.12.2024 in Crime No.183 of 2024 on the file of the respondent.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no. 4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26427 of 2024 dated 09.12.2024 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
