ORDER

This Court by order dated 27.09.2016 has allowed the writ petition in W.P.No.33804 of 2016 filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the respondents to count half

of the service rendered by them prior to their regularization for the purpose of grant of pensionary benefits.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
