ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition and a requisition letter dated 09.03.2023 has also been sent to the Registry to that effect.

2. In view of the above, this Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
