ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.10859 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.16427 of 2018 dated 26.10.2021 to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before respondent police at 10.30 a.m., on the first working day of every month till the filling of charge sheet.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16427 of 2018 by an order dated 17.07.2018 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.Nos.10871 of 2018 and 10859 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.16427 of 2018 dated 21.08.2018 and 26.10.2021 respectively, is relaxed.
