O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction against the respondent to settle the retirement benefits of the petitioner.

2.The petitioner had given a representation on 01.02.2025. In the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition, it has been contended that the petitioner joined as Helper in the respondent Corporation on 10.04.1989 and his services were regularized on and from 01.05.1993. He retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation on 30.11.2024 as Helper. It is contended that the respondent had not paid retirement benefits to the petitioner herein. It is under these circumstances, the petitioner had given a representation on 01.02.2025 to the respondent.

3.A direction is issued to the respondent to examine the Service Register of the petitioner and determine the retirement benefits payable to the petitioner and thereafter, disburse the same within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
