This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31629 of 2024, dated 03.01.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31629 of 2024, dated 03.01.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first Monday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 4.
