PRAYER: This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.(A5).1161/09 dated ..07.09 and quash the same and to direct the respondents to not to disturb the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of an extent of 2 cents of land comprised in T.S.No.5, Kellys Road, Ranipet, Wallaja Taluk, except by due process of law.
