The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to upload the petitioner patta No.3902 dated 14.12.2021 relating to T.S.No.57/3, Ward B, Block No.2, (Old S.No.471/3), Madhavaram Village, Chennai District in the official website of the Revenue Department by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.12.2022.
2. The petitioner already obtained patta for the land in T.S.No.57/3 situated at Ward B, Block No.2, (Old S.No.471/3), Madhavaram Village, Chennai District in patt No.3902 dated 14.12.2021. However, the petitioner has made a request on 06.12.2022 to the respondent Revenue Tahsildar to upload the same in the on-line to get computer patta and in order to consider the said application and to do the needful, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
3. Heard Ms.M.Adhi Shree, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms.Akila Rajendra, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.
4. Learned Government Advocate would submit that the said 2/4
application submitted by the petitioner dated 06.12.2022 would be considered and needful would be undertaken by the respondent within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, this Court directs the respondent to consider the application or representation submitted by the petitioner dated 06.12.2022 and pass necessary orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six(6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
