ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the bail conditions that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 am, until further orders" ordered in Crl.MP.No.16820 of 2024 in Crl.OP.No.25944 of 2024 dated 18.12.2024.

sai 2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.3 imposed on the petitioner vide order in Crl.MP.No.16820 of 2024 in Crl.OP.No.25944 of 2024 dated 18.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Thursday of at 10.30 am., until further orders. 4.Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 10-03-2025 sai To The Inspector Of Police, PEW Tiruvallur Police Station, Chennai.
