The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.12.2025 for the alleged offence under Sections 6, 11(4) and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 in Cr.No.15 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 1/4
2. The allegation against the petitioner is that he is the Tuition Master of the victim girl, taking advantage of the proximity with the victim girl, communicated through phone and sent lured messages and also forced to send nude photographs of the victim and subsequently, he induced her to accompany him and taken her to his house, committed aggravated penetrative sexual assault. Further, he had threatened her to continue the same, which led to the registration of the case. Hence, the present petition for bail .
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in custody from 17.12.2025 and he is ready to co-operate with the investigation. He further submitted that he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that investigation revealed that the petitioner has committed series of offences against the victim girl and also continuously threatened her and demanded to send her photographs through on-line app. Hence, he opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. I have gone through the statement recorded from the victim girl and other connected materials which revealed various disturbing facts and she has also narrated the manner in which she was victimized by the petitioner.
6. Considering the statement recorded from the victim girl and it is a case of aggravated penetrative sexual assault and if the petitioner is enlarged on bail, it hamper the trial proceedings. I am not inclined grant bail to the petitioner.
7. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 11.02.2026 Vv To
