This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.04.2014 and investigate the same and to file a final report.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3.Learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] submits that petition enquiry is pending on the complaint dated 08.04.2014 and the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry.

4.Hence, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the second respondent police is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, F.I.R. shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in LALITA KUMARI vs. GOVERNMENT OF UTTARPRADESH AND OTHERS reported in [(2014) 2 SCC 1].
