Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.09.2014, 17.10.2014 and 20.02.2015 sympathetically and pass suitable orders for allotting a bunk shop to the petitioner.

The petitioner is a physically challenged person. He made a representation to the Chennai Auto Ancillary Industrial Infrastructure Upgration Company (CAAIIUC) at Ambattur, Chennai - 58, to permit him to run a bunk shop in the space available in their company. The said company sent a reply dated 24.07.2014, which is found enclosed at Page 4 of the typed set of papers, that the land belongs to Tamilnadu Small Scale Industries Development Corporation. Hence, the petitioner made representation dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

14.09.2014 requesting the third respondent to run a Bunk Shop. The acknowledgment for the same is found enclosed at page 6 of the typed set of papers. Subsequently, the petitioner also sent representations to respondents 2 and 1 on 17.10.2014 and 20.02.2015 respectively. Since no order is passed by the respondents, the petitioner has come up with this writ petition to dispose of his representations.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the third respondent may be directed to dispose of the representation, dated 14.09.2014 submitted by the petitioner within a time frame.

3. In view of the narrow prayer made, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the third respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 14.09.2014 on merits and as per law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
