ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in charge sheet in CC.No.6 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Poonamallee taken cognizance for the offences under Section 498(A) of IPC as against the petitioners.

Both the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the second respondent submitted that now matter has been amicably settled between the first petitioner and the second respondent. The domestic violence complaint filed as against the petitioners has been withdrawn by the second respondent in view of the return of all seedhana articles by the petitioners. The complaint lodged as against the first petitioner before Bar Council of Tamilnadu has also been withdrawn by the second respondent. Therefore, the second respondent has no objection to quash the impugned proceedings. 3.

In view of the above submissions, the entire proceedings in CC.No.6 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Poonamallee is quashed and this criminal original petition is allowed. Consequently, connected

miscellaneous petition is closed.
