Respondents Prayer : Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order of this Court on 11.2.2014 in Contempt Petition No.1031 of 2012 and W.P.No.13274 of 2010.

O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that the order has been complied with in respect of granting regularisation to the petitioner. However, the regularisation has not been accorded with effect from the date of completion of twelve years of service.

2.This Court is of the opinion that there is no specific direction in this regard in the order passed in writ petition. In respect of the date of regularisation, if any grievance exist to the petitioner, it is left open to the petitioner to adjudicate the same in the manner known to law. In respect of the implementation of the order, this Court is of the view that the order as per the direction has been complied with and the services of the petitioner has already been regularised.

3. Thus, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
