While pending the Writ Petition, the enquiry was conducted on 12.03.2020 at Taluk Office, Avadi and the order has been passed on the basis of the available records on 26.09.2020, whereby the claim of the petitioner was rejected and the petitioner was directed to approach the Civil Court for appropriate relief.
