This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed for cancellation of bail, by the petitioner/defacto complainant, for non-compliance/non-deposit of Rs.15 lakhs as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29894 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. When the matter taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent/bail petitioner reported that already the bail petitioner deposited Rs.15 lakhs as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29894 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024 and a copy of the same is also produced before this Court to show the deposit and handed over the same to the petitioner/defacto complainant.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner/defacto complainant has also acknowledged the payment of Rs.15 lakhs.
4. Hence, this Court is of the view that there is no need for passing any further order in this Petition. Accordingly this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
