ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(aa), 4(1-A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, in Crime No.39 of 2022, are before this Court seeking anticipatory bail.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police states that the petitioners are habitual offenders and they have 12 previous cases similar in nature. 3.
