Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. With the consent of both parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the 4th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.2.2015 within a stipulated time.

3. The petitioner was earlier an employee in the Panchayat. Later, the area, where he was working got merged with the 5th respondent Corporation and now, he is employed under the 5th respondent Corporation. The petitioner made a representation dated 18.02.2015 to the 4th respondent to transfer him to any one of the Panchayats, as he wants to serve as an employee of the Panchayat and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

not in the Corporation. Since the same has not been disposed of till date, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 4th respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 18.02.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
