When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought in this Writ Petition (Criminal) has become infructuous and hence, sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.
In view of the aforesaid submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition (Criminal) is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
