The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct respondents to consider representations submitted by the petitioner dated 04.06.2013 and 20.08.2013 on the file of the Revenue Divisional Office, Thiruchengode, Namakkal District.

2. A perusal of the representations reveals that there was a dispute and section 145 CrPC proceedings are initiated by the respondent. In view of the fact that the representations are relating to certain dispute and Section 145 proceedings are initiated, the petitioner has to approach the competent forum for redressal of such grievances. petitioner is at liberty to approach appropriate authorities in the manner known to law.
