ORDER

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, both learned counsel for review applicant and respondent appeared. The learned counsel for review applicant would submit that the respondent is the landlord and he took possession from the review applicant on 29.04.2024. To that effect, memo filed by both parties recorded, thereby the possession taken by the respondent is also recorded, since the matter is compromised between Review Applicant and Respondent.

2. In the said circumstances, on recording the memo filed by the respondent receiving the key from the review applicant and also the accepting the refund of interest free advance amount of Rs.50,000/-, this Review Application is closed. The memo of the respondent shall form part and parcel of this order. No costs.
