ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Para no.3 on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17120 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25114 of 2024 dated 04.12.2024 in Crime No.1141 of 2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25114 of 2024 dated 09.10.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.17120 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25114 of 2024 dated 04.12.2024 is relaxed.
