ORDER
The revision challenges the order passed in M.C.No.18/2020 directing the petitioner to pay a monthly maintenance of Rs.10,000/- each to the respondents and a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- towards educational expenses of respondents 2 and 3.
2. Pending the revision, the parties have entered into a compromise by which the first respondent and the two children have agreed to live with the petitioner and they have filed a Joint Compromise Memo dated 18.02.2026.
3. The first respondent and the children, the respondents 2 and 3, are present before the Court and they are identified by their counsel. The respondents submitted that they are willing to live with the petitioner and would confirm the compromise. The petitioner undertakes to take care of the respondents and maintain them well.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is allowed in terms of the Joint Compromise Memo dated 18.02.2026. The Joint Compromise Memo dated 18.02.2026 is taken on file and the same shall form part and parcel of this order.
