Respondents in both W.Ps PRAYER in both W.Ps: These Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned notices dated 06.07.2013 and 02.08.2013 issued by the third respondent respectively and quash the same and consequently direct the second and third respondents to apply the G.O.Ms.No.122 dated 05.06.2013 issued by the 1st respondent for waiver of interest on the housing loan to the petitioner herein and pass further orders.

O R D E R

These Writ Petitions have been filed seeking to quash the notice dated 06.07.2013 and 02.08.2013 issued by the third respondent respectively and consequently direct the second and third respondents to apply the G.O.Ms.No.122 dated 05.06.2013 issued by the 1st respondent, for waiver of interest on the housing loan to the petitioner.

2. Since there is no representation for the petitioner repeatedly, on 05.04.2017 this Court directed the Registry to post the matter 'for dismissal' on 10.04.2017. Today also, when the matter was taken up, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners.

3. Therefore, the Writ petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the connected M.Ps are closed. No costs.
