[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the husband of the detenu herein, viz., M.PonMozhi @ Muthulakshmi, aged 35 years, seeking production of his wife.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) for respondents.

3. Today, the detenue/wife of the petitioner has been produced before this Court. Petitioner is also present. The detenue/wife of the petitioner informs of returning to matrimonial home. Such position finds acceptance of the petitioner.
