Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to G.O.(D)No.348, Commercial Taxes and Registration (G) Department, dated 10.08.2012 issued by the First Respondent and quash the proceedings and direct the 1st respondent and to hear the appeal on merits within reasonable time.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner, through Video Conferencing Mode, made a submission that the petitioner is willing to pay the chit amount within a period of three months. In view of the said undertaking, the petitioner is directed to settle the chit amount within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any further due is pending, liberty is granted to the respondents to workout the remedies in the manner known to law.
