This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the prayer in the above Writ Petition as "to issue a Writ, Order or Direction particularly in the nature of Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the impugned G.O. No.76, Revenue [Ni. Mu.2(1)] Department, dated 26.07.2017 passed in Na.Ka.G1/3704/93 on the file of respondent herein, quash the same"

Instead of "to issue a Writ, Order or direction particularly in the nature of Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the impugned notice dated 26.07.2017 passed in Na.Ka.G1/3704/93 on the file of the respondent herein, quash the same."

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, to amend the prayer in the above Writ Petition is allowed and the petition is ordered. Registry is directed to amend the prayer of the Writ Petition.

4. Post the matter on 07.04.2022. In the meantime, the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondent is directed to file counter.
