For Petitioner : M/S.A.RAMESH Advocate For Respondent : MR. S.UDAYAKUMAR, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an offence under Section 399 IPC in Crime No.157 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is the case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with other accused were alleged to commit dacoity. Hence the Law Enforcing Agency registered a case against the petitioners.

3. It is seen from records that this is the third bail petitions filed by the petitioners. The previous order, dismissing the Criminal Original petitions in Crl.O.P.Nos.19949 and 24192 of 2021 was passed by this Court on 26.10.2021 and 13.12.2021.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that there is no change in circumstances after the previous order was passed on merits. Hence, the learned Government Advocate vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no change of circumstances arises for considering the third bail petition. Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
