O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to pass an order of transfer of investigation pending on the file of the 3rd respondent in Crime No.39 of 2015 to any other agency and in particularly to the District Cyber Crime Branch, Vellore District.

2. It is seen that the investigation in Crime No.39 of 2015 is pending on the file of the 3rd respondent police. Now, almost four years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of

period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.

3. However, considering that the crime is of the year 2015, the 3rd respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.39 of 2015 and file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already filed.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
