This contempt petition is filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience in implementing the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.23115 of 2015 dated 31.07.2015.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that the order passed in W.P.No.23115 of 2015 dated 31.07.2015, has already been complied with and hence, no further adjudication is required.
