172 / 27 part at Chendrambakkam Village, Puzhal Panchayat Union, Thiruvallur District - 600 052 admeasuring an extent of 9 acre originally classified as Natham Promboke land under the Village A Register record since the year 1884 itself within a time frame as fixed by this Honble court and consequentially direct the 4th respondent to cancel the patta granted illegally in favour of 8th to 14th respondents herein and thereby direct the 6th respondent to cancel the settlement deeds dated 24.12.2021 registered as Document Nos.15515, 15517, 15518 of 2021 and another settlement deed dated 22.12.2022 registered as Document no.301 of 2022 in respect of the subject mentioned property and further thereby direct the 4th respondent to remove the encroachments in subject mentioned property. ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to avail the available remedy. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
