This intra court appeal is directed against the interim order dated 20 August 2015 in W.P.No.25835 of 2015 directing the appellants to pay salary prospectively the respondent pending disposal of the writ petition.
2. The interim order was passed as early as on 20 August 2015. The appellants have filed counter affidavit in the writ petition. The writ petition is, therefore, ripe for hearing. 3.We are of the view that the factual matrix does not require modification of the interim order at this point of time.
4. We make it clear that it is open to the parties to raise all contentions available to them and observations with regard to prime facie case made by the learned single Judge in the order impugned in the writ appeal would not stand in the way of arguing the case on merits.
5.The writ appeal is disposed of with the above observation. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
