PRAYER: This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the entire records connected with the detention order in BCDFGISSSV No.105/2024 dated 30.12.2024 on the file of the respondent No.2 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the petitioners husband one named J.NATARAJAN alias BOMKAI NATARAJAN S/O.JEEVA aged about 27 years now confined at Central prison, Puzhal before this Honble court and set him at liberty.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.799, Home, Prohibition and Excise (X) Department, dated 19.02.2025, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked.
2. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
