This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation expeditiously and file charge sheet in the case registered with Crime No.90 of 2021 pending on the file of the Respondent within stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent would submit that investigation in Crime No.90 of 2021 has been completed. 3. Recording the same, direction is issued to the respondent to file the final report in Cr.No.90 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
