..Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 3 and 4 to conduct re-postmortem of petitioner's husband's dead body (namely Sasikumar aged about 35 years) with videograph forthwith, consequently, direct the first respondent to pay adequate compensation to protect petitioner's family livelihood.

ORDER
Today, when this matter is taken up, Mr.G.Ethirajalu, learned counsel representing M/s.K.Balu & M.R.Jothimanian, prays for withdrawal of this Writ Petition, as the petitioner is approaching the High Court of Hyderabad. Mr.S.Manikandan, who is the junior of M/s.K.Balu & Mr.M.R.Jothimanian, also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. It is further pleaded by the learned counsel representing the petitioner that the Writ Petition is coming up for admission tomorrow before the High Court of Hyderabad and till such time, the interim order granted by this Court on 09.04.2015, directing the Superintendent of Thiruvannamalai Government Hospital to keep all the bodies of the six deceased persons in the mortuary attached to the Thiruvannamalai Government Hospital, shall continue.
3. The Court heard the submissions of Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents.
4. In the light of the above submission and endorsement made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that the Superintendent of Thiruvannamalai Government Hospital, shall keep all the bodies of the six deceased persons in the mortuary attached to the Thiruvannamalai Government Hospital till tomorrow i.e., 16.04.2015. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
