ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once i.e., on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter as directed by the trial Court in Crl.M.P.No.17112 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13619 of 2023 dated 07.11.2023.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the charge sheet has been filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the Page No.2 of 4

offence, the condition in paragraph no.10(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13619 of 2023 dated 20.06.2023 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.Nos. 12009 and 17112 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13619 of 2023 dated 09.08.2023 and 07.11.2023 respectively is relaxed.
