O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2, who are the officials respondents, to cancel the recognition if any, granted to the third respondent-school upgrading Primary School to Higher Secondary School.

2. The petitioner is in the habit of filing writ petitions without any basis. Earlier, the petitioner has filed W.P.No.15665 of 2018 directing the respondents 1 and 2 to cancel the recognition if any, granted to the third respondentschool and the same was dismissed by this Court on 10.07.2018 as premature.

3. Once again the petitioner has now come up with the same prayer. However, this time, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 states that already on 17.09.2018, upgradation has been granted to the third respondent- school. If at all, the petitioner has got any right and if so aggrieved, it is open to him to challenge the said order in the manner known to law.
