2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in Paragraph No.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.184 of 2025 dated 08.01.2025, is totally relaxed.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
