Mr.Sajeev Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondents and is armed with instructions to proceed with the matter

finally even at this juncture. Hence, by consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal even at the stage of admission.

2. The petitioner seeks a mandamus simplicitor directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on his representations dated 05.12.2022 and 09.01.2023 as per the directions of this Court in order dated 14.02.2020 passed in CRP (NPD) No.4438 of 2012.

3. Mr.Sajeev Kumar would point out that order dated 14.02.2020 does not yield any directions at all and the CRP has been allowed with certain directions.

4. For the prupose of the petitioner's case, this would suffice and a direction is hence issued to the Director of Handlooms and Textiles/R1 to hear the petitioner and pass orders on his representations dated 05.12.2022 and 09.01.2023, bearing note of the order passed in CRP (NPD) No.4438 of 2012 dated 14.02.2020, within a period of six (6) weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order.
