Order (Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The review petition has been filed to review the order of this Court dated 05.01.2026 passed in W.P.No.4455 of 2024.

2. Learned Senior Counsel for the review petitioner would raise apprehension that the respondents may occupy excess land. The said submission is disputed by the learned Additional Government Pleader and the learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation by stating that they will act in accordance with the approved lay out as well as the Gift Deed executed by the developer.

3. The said position has already been reiterated in the order passed in the writ petition. The petitioner has not established any error apparent on the face of record. Therefore, the present Review Petition is unnecessary and stands dismissed. No costs.
