The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the first respondent to provide light duty to him till the second respondent constitute the Medical Board.

3. It is stated by the petitioner that he is suffering with neck, back, shoulder and leg pain and therefore, he must be given light duty till the Medical Board is constituted to examine his medical fitness.

4. The learned standing counsel for the first respondentCorporation submitted that already the Medical Board has been constituted, which in turn, found that the petitioner is fit to join duty. Therefore, she submitted that nothing survives in this writ petition to be adjudicated upon further.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner is not disputing the above said fact.

6. In view of the subsequent developments, viz., constitution of the Medical Board and issuance of certificate to the above effect, this Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
