ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court on 03.12.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.17020 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.14071 of 2024 directing the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court. Page No.2 of 4

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14071 of 2024 dated 25.10.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.3829 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.14071 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024 is relaxed.
