3. Upon being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered accordingly.

4. After hearing the learned counsels on either side, the Court below is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.185 of 2009 pending on the file of Subordinate Judge, Kallakurichi, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
