This quash petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.355 of 2023 pending on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and draft final report is ready and the same will be filed before the concerned Court below within a week.

4.In the light of the above submissions and after going through the CD file, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief in this original petition. Ultimately, after the final report is filed and the same is taken on file by the concerned jurisdictional Court and summons are issued to the petitioner, it is left open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
