ORDER

The petitioner seeks relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.A.No.1657 of 2025, dated 12.11.2025, wherein he was directed to appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is unable to comply with the said condition and prays that he may be directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent, who submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions, and that investigation has been completed and filed report has been filed.

4. Considering the request, this Court is inclined to relax the condition No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in CRL.A.No.1657 of 2025, dated 12.11.2025, to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates.

5. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. All other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered. 24-02-2026 ANU To
