O R D E R

This revision petition is directed against the fair and decretal order dated 08.07.2015 passed by the learned Sub Judge, Vellore, in I.A.No.162 of 2015 in C.M.A.No.10 of 2013, thereby restraining the petitioner from conducting league season for 2013-2014 and all other cricket activities.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the matter has been settled between the parties. 4.

Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
