ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to cancel the patta bearing No.1533 issued in the name of the 3rd respondent for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 26.06.2024.
2. The petitioner claims that illegally the 3rd respondent has obtained a patta beairng No.1533 in her name for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition. He seeks for cancellation of the same through his representation, dated 26.06.2024. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. Since no adverse order is passed against the 3rd respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 3rd respondent is dispensed with by this Court.

4. No prejudice would be caused to any of the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with, after hearing the objections of the 3rd respondent or any other third party, whom the 1st respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 1st respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 26.06.2024 seeking for cancellation of patta No.1533 standing in the name of the 3rd respondent for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of the 3rd respondent or any other third party, whom the 1st respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve
(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Page No.3 of 6
7. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
