ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.16460 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25112 of 2024 dated 25.11.2024 on the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25112 of 2024 dated 09.10.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.16460 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25112 of 2024 dated 25.11.2024 is relaxed.
