2. In continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 03.03.2025, passed in W.P.No.5505 of 2025, paragraph No.8 of the order may be substituted as follows:

"8.If the respondents pass orders to the advantage of the petitioner, then the seniority of the petitioner must be determined as on the date of his appointment of immediate junior but the petitioner would be only entitled for that fact to be considered notionally. However, the period of service would be counted from the particular date from which the petitioner was considered for appointment on par with his immediate junior. The petitioner is not entitled to monetary benefits, but entitled only for notional increments on par with his junior."

3. All other observations made in the earlier order dated 03.03.2025, shall remain intact.
