Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the Order passed by the XI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai dated 17.03.2015 confirming the order made in checkup No.1272/XXVI/N Diary No.80 in O.S.No.2842/08 by the court fee officer, Nazir Division, High Court, Madras and direct the petitioner/plaintiff to pay court fee as per the amended plaint in consequence of order made in I.A.No.9578 of 2009 dated 22.02.2012.

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 17.03.2015 on file of the XI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.
